No need to count and research shows that 8-10% of the Access Requests would be canceled by the users due to one or the other reason. Since users can’t cancel their requests on their own, they will reach out to the admin team/GRC team for help.
We have automated the workflow for one of our clients. With this enhancement users can cancel their own requests, eliminating the need to wait for a support person to do so. This will not only reduce turnaround time but also reduces operational costs.
