If the approver does not act within 5 days, the BOT will cancel the request automatically with a comment. Further, the BOT sends a consolidate list of requests that are cancelled to the Management Assurance Group that can be used as an audit trail.
As a result of this automation, our client not only automated this manual process, but also had a complete understanding of the open requests and managed the GRC system efficiently.
